Working with Stories in Amazon QuickSight

Amazon QuickSight allows users to create Stories wherein you capture a series of screens and play them one by one.

• Story can be preserved for multiple iterations of an analysis and can be played sequentially to provide a narrative about the analysis data, such analysis is called a scene.

• Scenes preserves the visuals that are in the analysis at the time you create it which includes filters and sort orders too.

• Data in the visuals cannot be captured as part of the scene but when you play the story, visuals will reflect the current data in the data set.

• Every analysis of the story will be stored under a name called storyboard and you can add scenes to the storyboard when working on the analysis.
