The company employs more than 30,000 people. With frequent personnel changes across its global centers, monitoring HCM metrics at scale became essential. Leadership needed consistent dashboards and standardized reporting, while teams across different regions required customized insights.
Oracle HCM and Taleo provided a strong functional foundation for HR, payroll, time and labor, compensation, and talent management. However, meeting the organization’s broader reporting needs required advanced analytics, cross-platform data access, and substantial compliance support.
