Amazon QuickSight offers ingestion history for SPICE datasets which helps to see the latest ingestion started and what is the status of it.

The SPICE ingestion history page includes information such as

  • Date and time of the ingestion started
  • Ingestion status
  • Amount of time ingestion took place
  • How many rows has been dropped and ingested
  • Few job types such as refresh, scheduled and so on.
