Report Description:
DataTerrain’s Prebuilt report has 3 different Extracts with specifications as below:
1. This report lists the employees who have new union dues authorization. The output displays the deduction code, deduction amount, the employee hire date, and the effective date of their deduction.
2. The next report under Union dues fetches the employees with union type deduction and also have been promoted to Manager in the date range we have run for. Employees with Action Type as Promotion are displayed.
3. This report identifies the employees who have union initiation fees in the current pay period we run for.
This Prebuilt report is available as an HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist.
The report will run with the following Parameters:
• Pay Period Begin Date
• Pay Period End Date
• Emp ID
• Payroll Name
The output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.
Schedule: HR/Payroll Team can also schedule the report to get it delivered weekly/bi-weekly and use it for a regular audit.
