Payroll teams in an organization would like to view a summary report that provides information on the count of employees who is processed in payroll by each Earning/Deduction element.
Report Description: DataTerrain’s Prebuilt report displays the count of employees processed in each payroll cycle based on each earning/deduction/tax element. This report fetches both the current payroll and the previous payroll counts thus can be used for auditing the difference between the last 2 payrolls.
This prebuilt report can be run for the below parameters
• Effective Date(or Current Payroll Process Date)
• Start Date(or Previous Payroll Process Date)
• Organization
• Employee
The effective date will be the current payroll’s process date and the start date entered will be the previous payroll process date, which is mandatory to be passed.
This Prebuilt report is available as an HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist.
Output: The output data will have both previous payrolls element names, count of employees processed in current and previous payrolls based on individual elements, current and previous hours worked and the variance between them. The output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.
