How to use HCM Report to determine payment as per DPC norms

DataTerrain’s prebuilt Oracle HCM report provides 100 percent of base salary for weeks 2 to 13 of disability (Week one is taken as Time Bank hours) and also provides 75 percent of your base salary for weeks 14 through 26. This is as per DPC (Disability Policy Consortium) norms.

This report can be run for the below parameters

• Person

• Process Configuration Group

• Payroll

• Consolidation group

• Payroll Statutory Unit

• Tax Reporting Unit

• Payroll Relation Group

This Prebuilt report is available as an HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist.

Output: The output data will have Department classifications, Elements description, Monthly Salary of each employee.

The output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.
