Job Description:

As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth among our enterprise clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes through effective use of our products and services. Your role will involve strategic planning, relationship management, and a deep understanding of our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 8+ years of experience in professional services, consulting or customer success with a well-known enterprise SaaS solution.

2. Experience working with and presenting to senior management/executives at clients.

3. Experience working with a complex business application (ERP and/or MRP preferred).

4. Deep understanding of account management strategies to effectively navigate complex, enterprise organizations.

5. Strong project management skills tuned to managing scope and schedule, providing well-crafted status reports and driving accountability.

6. Familiarity with common customer success strategies to drive adoption and build champions.

7. Desire to wear multiple hats and be agile and flexible as we grow from startup to scale-up.

8. A customer-centric approach to problem solving.

9. A deep curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging AI technologies.

10. Confidence in challenging conventions and an independent self-manager.
