Business Intelligence Analyst – SQL Focus

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who have a strong foundation in SQL and are eager to develop their skills in data analysis and business intelligence. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various databases.

2. Basic knowledge of Java is preferable.

3. Collaborate with senior analysts and business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into data solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

2. Strong foundational knowledge in SQL (writing basic to moderately complex queries).

3. Familiarity with relational databases and data management principles.

4. Basic understanding or coursework in data visualization and reporting tools.

5. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

6. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies in a dynamic work environment.
