PreBuilt HCM Report to View Tax Errors

Report Description:

DataTerrain’s Prebuilt report is designed to capture Tax related error conditions such as

• Invalid SSN

• Negative Gross amounts

• The conditions that were available in the Oracle HRMS report “Unacceptable Tax Balance report” to list out the employees with issues in their balances.

This report can be run for the below parameters

• Effective Date

• Person

• Organization

This Prebuilt report is available as an HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist. Effective Date is a mandatory parameter.

Output: The output data will have Employee number, Employee Name, SSN and the reason for the errorThe output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.

Schedule: HR/Payroll Team can also schedule the report to get it delivered weekly/bi-weekly and use it for a regular audit.
