PreBuilt HCM Report to view Personal and assignment data

Report Description:

DataTerrain’s Prebuilt report is designed to fetch personal and assignment related data of suspended/terminated and transferred employees in order to verify the transactions that are to be carried out appropriately such as ending or moving deductions as per the Assignment Action of each employee.

This report can be run for the below parameters

• Effective Date

• Start date

This Prebuilt report is available as an HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist. Effective Date is a mandatory parameter.

Output: The output data will have the data related to Employees and their assignment. The output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.

Schedule: HR/Payroll Team can also schedule the report to get it delivered weekly/bi-weekly and use it for a regular audit.
