Report Description:
DataTerrain’s Prebuilt report is designed to display the list of Hourly employees who are in Salaried pay group and Salaried employees who are in hourly paygroup.
It will be helpful to find associates who are not assigned with their appropriate pay group.
This report has following parameters
❖ Start Date
❖ End Date
❖ Person Number
❖ Payroll Name
This Prebuilt report is available as BIP/HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist and also this report can be built as a BIP Datamodel report.
Output: The output data will have PayGroup information of each employee.
The output format of this report is Excel.
Schedule: HR/Payroll Team can also schedule the report to get it delivered weekly/bi-weekly and use it for a regular audit to check if any employees are assigned an inappropriate paygroup.
