How to view terminated Employee deduction Details in Oracle HCM

DataTerrain’s Oracle HCM Prebuilt report is designed to display the payment details of terminated employees in any Check Date range.

This report will include specific tax deductions and also it will capture bonuses to be repaid for employees terminated in the Check Date range.

This report can be run for the below parameters

• Payroll Name

• Check Start Date

• Check End Date

• Payroll Consolidation Group

• Person Number

• Employee Name

• Company

This Prebuilt report is available as an HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist.

Output: The output data will have Department, Business Unit information, Payroll Check Number, and details of Deduction elements for each employee.

The output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.
