Report Description:
DataTerrain’s Oracle HCM prebuilt report provides payment methods and historical payments processed for each employee. Personal Payment Method can be created only when Payroll is assigned to a person and valid payment methods are assigned to the Payroll.
This report can be run for the below parameters
• Effective Date
• Start Date
• Payroll
• Consolidation Group
• Process Configuration Group
• Payroll Statutory Unit
• Tax Reporting Unit
This Prebuilt report is available as an HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist.
Output: The output data will have Payment Type and Payment Details of each employee.
The output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.
Schedule: Payroll Team can also schedule the report to be delivered weekly/bi-weekly and used for a regular audit.
