Report Description:
DataTerrain’s Oracle HCM Prebuilt report provides employees who began, ended or were on LOA during the dates selected.
A leave of absence (LOA) is an extended period off from your job depending on the organization. You may simply be able to ask for time off from work for a variety of reasons: from personal or family health problems, the birth or adoption of a child, etc.
This report can be run for the below parameters
• Begin Date
• End Date
• Segment
• Organization
• Division
• Department
• Region
• Country
• Assignment Status
This Prebuilt report is available as a BI Publisher Data model report.
Output: The output data will have Department Classification, Supervisor’s information, LOA details of each User.
The output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.
Schedule: HR Team can also schedule the report and use it for a regular audit.
