Report Description:
DataTerrain’s Oracle HCM report provides Employee records who have Pre Tax plus Roth Employees contributions that equal or exceed the IRS Employee Contribution Limit.
This report can be run for the below parameters
• Year
• Process Configuration Group
• Payroll
• Consolidation group
• Payroll Statutory Unit
• Tax Reporting Unit
This Prebuilt report is available as an HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist.
Output: The output data will have Retirement Plan Code, EDB, Bonus details, Eligible Earning and Tax Elements.
The output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.
Schedule: Payroll Team can also schedule the report for delivery weekly/bi-weekly and use it for a regular audit.
