How to use Oracle HCM Report to view Pre and Post Tax Insurance Deduction

Report Description:

DataTerrain’s Pre-built report gives the paycheck details of each employee including Pre and Post tax deduction.

This report can be run for the below parameters

• Effective Date

• Start Date

• Payroll

• Consolidation Group

• Process Configuration Group

• Payroll Statutory Unit

• Tax Reporting Unit

• Department

• Location

• Payroll Relationship Group

• Person Name

• Process

This Pre-built report is available as an HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist.

Output: The output data will have Deduction Element Classification, Element Description, Element Name, Deduction Amount for given pay period range.

The output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.
