How to capture and view Employee Safety Statistics using Oracle HCM

DataTerrain’s Oracle HCM Employee Safety Statistics Prebuilt report is designed to display the number of employees and total hours worked for each site and Department ID (division, cost center).

This report can be run for the below parameters

• Start Date

• End Date

• Person

• Process Configuration Group

• Payroll

• Consolidation group

• Payroll Statutory Unit

• Tax Reporting Unit

• Payroll Relation Group

This Prebuilt report is available as an HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist.

Output: The output data will have Number of Employees and Hours details of each site and Department ID.

The output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.

Schedule: Payroll Team can also schedule the report to get it delivered weekly/bi-weekly and use it for a regular audit.
