A dynamic action in Oracle Apex allows you to define some specific behaviors while executing an action.
Oracle Apex has a button named APPLY_CHANGE which performs actions like Submit Page, SQL UPDATE action and create dynamic actions
While creating Dynamic Buttons, the values of Event, Selection Type and Button are already populated, under Execution Options by default. Also, the value entered in the Request/Button Name should be exactly the same as the name of the button on which we are creating the Dynamic Action.
After setting the appropriate properties of the Dynamic Action, the action can be executed.
