Oracle EPM Developer / Analyst

Job Description:

As an Oracle EPM Specialist, you will be critical in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Oracle EPM solution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and ensure the effective use of Oracle EPM tools. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions to meet business objectives, including Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Financial Close, and other EPM modules.
• Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to align with business processes and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes to ensure the seamless data flow between Oracle EPM and other systems.
• Create and optimize financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and financial planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation.
• Experience in Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Financial Close, and other EPM modules is a plus.
• Oracle EPM certification is a plus.
