Informatica Cloud Developer

Job Description:

We seek Informatica Cloud Developer with expertise to design, develop, and manage data integration, data quality, and data management solutions in cloud environments.

Data Integration:

1. Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Informatica Cloud Data Integration services.

2. Design data workflows and mappings to integrate data from various sources into cloud-based data warehouses or data lakes.

Data Quality Management:

1. Implement data quality rules using Informatica Cloud Data Quality services to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data.

2. Perform data profiling and cleansing to maintain high data quality standards.

API Integration:

1. Utilize Informatica Cloud API and Application Integration services to connect applications, data, and processes across cloud and on-premises environments.

2. Develop and manage APIs for real-time data integration and access.

Cloud Data Management:

1. Configure and manage cloud data models, databases, and storage solutions in alignment with data integration workflows.

2. Optimize cloud data storage and processing for performance and cost efficiency.

Security and Compliance:

1. Ensure data integration solutions adhere to data security policies and compliance standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, etc.

2. Implement data encryption, masking, and access controls to protect sensitive information.

Performance Tuning and Optimization:

1. Monitor and tune ETL processes and cloud resources to improve performance and reduce execution times.

2. Optimize data integration jobs for scalability and efficiency in cloud environments.

Collaboration and Documentation:

1. Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and IT teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Informatica Cloud services, including Data Integration, Data Quality, API and Application Integration. Proficiency in SQL and understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Database and Data Warehousing: Experience with relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and SQL programming.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.

Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.

Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud services, particularly those related to data storage and computation, and an understanding of cloud cost management.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues efficiently.

Communication: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications such as Informatica Cloud Data Integration and Informatica Cloud Data Quality Developer, will be nice-to-have.
